Roadmap

What is live and what is being built, in order. No dates.

This page is a list. What is live, what is being built, and the order it ships in. There are no dates on it, because a date is a guess dressed as a promise. When something here ships it gets built, verified, written up in these docs, and only then crossed off.

Live now

The terminalThe cockpit. A wallet board ranked by realized PnL, an NFT collection board, a token screener and a live tape, streamed once a second
Wallet AutopsyPaste an address, read its realized PnL with the cost basis of every close
The engineReads every venue by following value flow instead of a venue list. Its status is public

The modules

The terminal's own screens, in build order.

  1. Hound Nose, the contract scanner. What a contract can do to its holders, read off the chain itself. The basic verdict will be free.
  2. Hound Trail, the wallet tracker. Follow the wallets that win.
  3. Hound Pack, the leaderboard grown into a product of its own.

All three sit in the terminal as sample panels today, and each one is labelled as a sample until its data is real.

The deep layer

Reading further back and deeper than the free terminal reads. Built in this order, and each one is listed again on the $HOUND page with what opens it.

  1. Board deep windows. The board reads 24 hours while the engine already keeps 90 days on disk.
  2. Full window autopsy. A wallet's whole history rather than the board's window.
  3. Wallet relationship map. Who funded a wallet, which wallets share a funder, where the money went after.
  4. Rug intelligence. Nose read deeply. The basic verdict stays free.
  5. Token autopsy. One token's whole story. Who won, who held the bag, what the dev wallets did.
  6. Pump intelligence. Which wallets with a record are entering, while it is happening.
  7. Alerts and watchlists. The Telegram side. Your wallets and collections, pushed.
  8. Cluster fold open. The board folds an operator's wallets into one row for free. Opening that row is the deep read.
  9. Operator dossier. A cluster's funding trails and cross wallet history. Evidence, never verdicts.
  10. AI summaries. Any report, read for you.
  11. Pre-block tape. The sequencer feed as a per trade tape, before blocks exist.

Token milestones

  1. Graduation. Net buying completes the bonding curve and a permanently locked Uniswap v4 pool is built from what it collected.
  2. The first buyback and burn. Once the fee escrow has built, that balance buys $HOUND and burns what it bought, with the hash published.

Both are explained on the $HOUND page.
